چکیده
Abstract Reactive synthesis is an automated procedure to obtain a correct-by-construction reactive system from its temporal logic specification. GR(1) expressive assume-guarantee fragment of LTL that enables efficient and has been recently used in different contexts application domains. A common form providing system's requirements through use cases, which are existential nature. However, GR(1), as LTL, limited universal properties. In this paper we introduce GR(1)*, extends with guarantees. We show GR(1)* strictly more than it the expression guarantees inexpressible LTL. solve realizability problem for present symbolic strategy construction algorithm specifications. Importantly, comparison remains efficient: time complexity our checking procedures identical known corresponding GR(1).

Increase of Circulating CD11b+Gr1+ cells and Recruitment into the Synovium in Osteoarthritic Mice with Hyperlipidemia
Although recent studies suggest that hyperlipidemia is a risk factor for osteoarthritis (OA), the link between OA and hyperlipidemia is not fully understood. As the number of activated, circulating myeloid cells is increased during hyperlipidemia, we speculate that myeloid cells contribute to the pathology of OA. Here, we characterized myeloid cells in STR/Ort mice, a murine osteoarthritis mode...
متن کاملIssues with anti-Gr1 antibody-mediated myeloid-derived suppressor cell depletion.
We read with great interest the article ‘Myeloid-derived suppressor cells have a proinflammatory role in the pathogenesis of autoimmune arthritis’ by Chunqing Guo et al. In this paper, the authors used anti-Gr1 antibody to deplete myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) in arthritic mice and they found that it reduced disease severity and Th17 response. However, they did not report the efficie...
متن کاملMouse CD11c(+) B220(+) Gr1(+) plasmacytoid dendritic cells develop independently of the T-cell lineage.
The developmental origin of dendritic cells (DCs) is controversial. In the mouse CD8alpha(+) and CD8alpha(-) DC subsets are often considered to be of lymphoid and myeloid origin respectively, although evidence on this point is conflicting. Very recently a novel CD11c(+) B220(+) DC subset has been identified that appears to be the murine counterpart to interferon alpha (IFNalpha)-producing human...
متن کاملGr1(+) inflammatory monocytes are required for mucosal resistance to the pathogen Toxoplasma gondii.
The enteric pathogen Toxoplasma gondii is controlled by a vigorous innate T helper 1 (Th1) cell response in the murine model. We demonstrated that after oral infection, the parasite rapidly recruited inflammatory monocytes [Gr1(+) (Ly6C(+), Ly6G(-)) F4/80(+)CD11b(+)CD11c(-)], which established a vital defensive perimeter within the villi of the ileum in the small intestine. Mice deficient of th...
متن کاملGr1+ cells control growth of YopM-negative yersinia pestis during systemic plague.
YopM, a protein toxin of Yersinia pestis, is necessary for virulence in a mouse model of systemic plague. We previously reported YopM-dependent natural killer (NK) cell depletion from blood and spleen samples of infected mice. However, in this study we found that infection with Y. pestis KIM5 (YopM(+)) caused depletion of NK cells in the spleen, but not in the liver, and antibody-mediated ablat...
